The extension to the Jubilee Line involved construction of a new retail area that has been linked with existing shopping facilities underground at Canary Wharf.

We worked with the main interior fitting-out contractor on detail design development and preparation of working drawings for flooring, ceilings, wall cladding and manufacturing drawings for glass shopfronts and display cabinets.

This is one of our most prestigious residential projects so far. Right in the heat of London.

This was six stories Georgian building. Our client wanted a two-storey extension to the rear lower-ground and ground floor as part of his brief. In addition to the proposed extension, the upper part of the building, including the fourth-floor apartment and roof, was demolished and completely rebuilt with construction of a new maisonette apartment and roof terrace. This refurbishment required planning consent, a complete construction package and full project management, site supervision and close coordination between the interior designer and all of the trades employed.

The original family home that laid on the shores of Glendun lake in Ireland was destroyed by fire. The client wanted to build a new house and he approached us for some initial ideas.

The initial proposal that we came up with wanted to maximize the natural advantages that this location possessed. We suggested an open shell design, that will emphasize serene and calming panoramic views over the water and hills.

Client liked the idea and we preceded with design of one continuous double height window stretching across the whole length of the building. This solution brought natural light into the living area and feeling of airiness.

The house was finished as a modern, contemporary residence with high-quality materials and furnishings.

EPR Architects designed a new build commercial building for one of the major UK based banks.

DS Design Solutions provided all the manufacturing and installation drawings for the contractor who was tasked with the interior fitting out. We worked as a part of a team on: main reception, sanitary facilities, lift lobby with full attention given to flooring, ceilings, joinery, cladding and reception desk.

We were recommended to this client and he originally approached us with intention to modernize the existing top-floor apartment to modern standards.

Our team provided the interior design and full project management, from the start to the end of the project. We provided detailed specification on wall and floor materials, as well as advice on the color schemes.

Internior design, modernisation

Existing building was an dilapidated dance studio, originally placed between two connected period buildings in one of the most prestigious parts of London, Portobello Road. This building was redeveloped into six self-contained modern apartments.

Particular care in the design of these four maisonettes was to provide spectacular indoor spaces with clear ceiling heights and large windows filling the space with a natural light.
